Here's what's new in beanies.family for 13 october 2026 — improvements to help your family plan, track, and stay organised.
Home-screen widgets are here on iPhone and Android: your family's day at a glance, plus other minor fixes and improvements.
New features
Your day on your home screen
A beanies widget can now be added to your phone's home screen, showing today's calendar with your to-dos and lists underneath, and one tap opens the right screen. Each widget can show my day or our day, which parts to include, a text size, and how much of your wallpaper shows through.
Next up on the iPhone lock screen
On iPhone, a small widget can also sit on the lock screen, showing your next pick-up or the next thing on. Event titles can be hidden there in Settings, Reminders.
